We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Governance Lead to join our team at Polar Speed Distribution Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, and a pharmacy NVQ Level 3 or above qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigating complaints and performing trend analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leading on pharmacy quality systems, identifying and delivering corrective actions, coordinating staff training, and supporting risk management.
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy NVQ Level 3 or above qualification.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, a company pension scheme, private healthcare, and an employee assist programme.
