Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Consultant to join our Global Employer Services team. As a Tax Consultant, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of our client services and developing our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising and guiding clients on the planning and implications involved in international work arrangements.
  • Managing relationships on client engagements.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to deliver high-quality tax advice and services to clients.
  • Getting involved in wider advisory projects and client meetings.
  • Managing a portfolio of personal income tax returns- ensuring the tax returns move through the process from initial preparation to sign-off.
  • The preparation of non-standard tax returns and client deliverables, as well as reviewing work of junior members of the team.
  • Conducting entry and exit consultations with mobile employees.
  • Contributing to the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.
  • Working with colleagues across service lines to deliver broader Global Workforce and Talent Mobility projects to clients.
  • Contributing to the growth of the practice through active involvement in ongoing market building activities.
Requirements:
  • Client focused and passionate about client relationships.
  • Proactive in seeing work through to conclusion.
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • ATT qualified or equivalent, or close to completion.
  • Inquisitive about exploring the impact of technology on both internal service delivery and client services.
