What We're Looking ForWe're seeking an experienced front office Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end-to-end hiring process for our revenue-generating lines of business in EMEA. This role involves working within a team of Recruiters to bring expertise and technical knowledge to our Global Markets, Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Research, Enterprise Credit, Global Commercial Banking, Global Payment Solutions, and Quantitative Strategies and Data clients across various locations in the EMEA region.
Main Responsibilities- Partner with assigned business groups to provide consultative and transactional recruitment support to deliver an end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand business needs and manage requisitions within the applicant tracking system (Workday).
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Generalist teams, Compensation, Onboarding, Learning and Development, and Mobility.
- Provide regular market information from internal and external sources, advising clients on competitor activity, availability of talent, salary trends, and hiring best practices.
- Search firm relationship management, including performance monitoring and governance.
- Manage risk around selection decisions, interview panels, hiring restrictions, and compensation decisions.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process from headcount approval validation through to day one of employment.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition within the Investment Banking industry, with exposure to Front Office / Revenue-Generating clients, demonstrating subject matter expertise.
- Ability to manage client expectations and relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
- Outstanding communication skills and proactive approach to stakeholder management and status reporting.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-through abilities.
- Confident using Excel.
