About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and providing high-quality support to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and accurate Care Act assessments to identify the needs of children and families
  • Write detailed and informative reports to support decision-making and planning
  • Provide expert casework and support to children and families, including child protection investigations and safety planning
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families, including court work and investigations
Requirements
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Qualification in Social Work
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in child protection and assessment
