About the Role

We're seeking an expert in payroll to lead our European markets' payroll execution.

This position is based in our Paddington office and is integral to ensuring on-time and flawless payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for regional adherence to payroll standards and compliance controls.
  • Manage HMRC and other relevant country authorities.
  • Work in partnership with HR, IT, and Finance to lead the payroll function.
  • Responsible for outlining payroll strategy and its execution.
  • Accountable for payroll changes and new payroll implementations.
  • Ensure employees are compensated correctly and on time.
  • Manage payroll vendor relationships and adherence to service levels.

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end payroll management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Vendor management.
  • Knowledge of relevant European legislation and tax procedures.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems (Workday) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
