About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets by delivering effective conflict resolution and ensuring loss awareness remains top priority.

As a key member of our store team, you will work closely with colleagues to investigate and analyze incidents, provide coaching and feedback, and support the development of our Loss Prevention agenda and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide coaching and feedback to store associates on Loss Prevention best practices
  • Work closely with the store team to deliver effective conflict resolution and ensure loss awareness remains top priority
  • Support the development of our Loss Prevention agenda and best practices
  • Handle external theft situations professionally and safely
