Job Overview

We are seeking qualified Health Visitors, Midwives, and Children's Nurses to join our team. As a Health Visitor with HCRG Care Group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and communities, providing essential healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality healthcare services to patients, including assessments, interventions, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Hold a qualification in Health Visiting, Midwifery, or Children's Nursing.
  • Have experience working in a similar role or environment.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
