Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team at Momentum Hospitality Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role in hotel sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively uncovering new business opportunities, maximising conversion of new prospects, and driving revenue growth through excellent relationship-building skills.
About the Role:
- Identify and pursue new business leads to expand the hotel's client base.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Responsible for converting new business pipeline into revenue-generating accounts.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Build strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development or sales management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the hotel industry and local market.
Salary: £35,000 (plus annual bonus)
