Senior Geotechnical Engineer Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a dynamic team at Calibre Search. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in managing a small department and contributing to the technical delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing desk studies, phase 2 reports, risk assessments, and specifications
  • Developing and managing engineers, recruiting, financial management, and business development
  • Delivering projects on a multi-disciplinary basis across residential and commercial developments

Requirements:

  • 1st degree in Civil Engineering or Geology with a relative MSc in Geotechnics or Soil Mechanics
  • Approaching or Chartered with ICE or CGeol
  • Proven experience of undertaking geotechnical desk studies, procuring and supervising Ground Investigations (GIs), and contaminated land assessments
  • Demonstrable experience of geotechnical design (prelim or detailed)
