Executive Support Officer for Healthcare Department

As a Senior Executive Support Officer for our Healthcare Department, you will play a key role in supporting our team by providing administrative services, coordinating meetings, managing mail and emails, and maintaining accurate records. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our team runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Executive Support Officer. You will work closely with our Senior Management Team to provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, and manage mail and emails. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational management of administration processes and functions
• Coordinating all Business Unit and Corporate meetings and off-site meetings
• Providing effective management for the distribution and prioritisation of incoming mail/emails
• Monitoring and maintaining records for sickness and absence and annual/study leave
• Managing the management team rotas, maintaining and validating department databases, and producing accurate reports
Requirements:
• Good standard of English to O-level/GCSE or equivalent
• NVQ 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Understanding of the 18-week RTT process and Trust Patient Access Policy
• Experience of working in a medical secretarial role and understanding of medical terminology

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
