We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Kingly House in Hinckley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Encouraging independence and promoting social inclusion
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
