Senior Photographer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Photographer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that showcases our brand's unique style and aesthetic.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in photography, with a proven track record of producing exceptional imagery. You will be responsible for overseeing our imagery standard and quality, as well as leading projects within the studio from concept to asset delivery. You will also be expected to be commercial and make decisions that benefit the studio and wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our visual content strategy
  • Lead and direct a team of photographers to deliver high-quality imagery
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual concepts
  • Ensure all visual content meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Manage and maintain accurate shoot records and asset files
  • Work closely with senior retouchers to produce exceptional images
  • Conduct regular one-to-one check-ins and progress trackers with team members
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Photographer or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of photography and lighting techniques
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
