Apprentice Multi-Skilled Technician

We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Multi-Skilled Technician to join our maintenance team at Devro. This is a rotational shift pattern position, including weekends, and requires a high level of mechanical and electrical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have completed a recognized multi-skilled apprenticeship or training program and hold the appropriate qualifications, e.g., SVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Key responsibilities include working with machine components, assessing faults within a high-speed production environment, and planning and organizing tasks according to the maintenance department's standard operating procedures.
- Experience working with PLC's, inverters, and other complex equipment is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
- A good understanding of health and safety procedures and food safety within the manufacturing environment is required.
