About the Position:

You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across Europe, Asia, and the US.

This role involves traveling nationally and internationally to conduct installations, service, and repair work.

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues
  • Providing support for spare parts and components
  • Conducting testing and repairs in-house
  • Traveling nationally and internationally to conduct installations, service, and repair work
  • Generating ideas for improving processes and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electro-mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
