We are seeking a skilled Lead Collision Repair Specialist to join our accident repair bodyshop in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged vehicle bodywork panels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Repair or replace damaged vehicle bodywork panels following received instructions or job card details.
  • Operate necessary equipment, including jigs, fixtures, and welding tools, adhering to prescribed safety standards and manufacturer's literature.
  • Attend relevant training courses to stay updated on new techniques and advancements in the field.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by handling vehicles with care and attention.
  • Ensure company tools and equipment are kept in a safe, clean, and functional condition.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a lead collision repair specialist is preferred but not mandatory. Time-served panel technicians are also welcome to apply.
