We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to collaborate with our founding team in shaping the future of digital recruitment. Our mission is to revolutionize the hiring process by leveraging AI-powered technology.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Founding Engineer and AI expert to develop a cutting-edge platform that enhances the hiring experience. Your expertise in TypeScript, React, and AWS will be instrumental in building scalable and efficient systems that support complex workflows and data management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and AWS services, including DynamoDB, AppSync, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, and AWS Amplify.
  • Strong understanding of building scalable systems and designing automated workflows.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with AI technologies is highly desirable.
