About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispenser to join our team at Crick Medical Practice.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Dispense medicines to patients safely and accurately
  2. Maintain stock levels and reorder as needed
  3. Check medicines for discrepancies and ensure controlled drugs are dispensed correctly
  4. Collect prescription charges and store supplies properly
  5. Process repeat prescriptions and provide patient advice
  6. Participate in audits and continue professional development

Requirements

  1. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (Trainee role - training will be provided)
  2. GCSE (or equivalent) English & Maths at Grade C or above
  3. Experience working with the general public and in a dispensary
  4. Excellent communication, IT, and time management skills
  5. Ability to promote best practice and work under pressure
