Are you looking for a challenging role in property management? We are seeking a High-Level Regeneration Specialist to join our team at Capita.

The successful candidate will have experience in specialist development consultancy, financial viability appraisals, and statutory asset valuations. They will also lead multi-disciplinary projects and provide strategic property advice on high-level regeneration and strategy projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to establishing a leading consultancy linking with Capita's other Property businesses operating nationally. You will work closely with our team to deliver services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialist Development Consultancy
  • Financial Viability Appraisals
  • Delivery of Statutory Asset Valuations for Accounting Purposes
  • Leading Multi-Disciplinary Projects
  • Providing Strategic Property Advice

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications – A Degree in a Property or Related Discipline, and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • Experience of Working in a Property Office Environment
  • Experience of Delivering Strategic Land Disposals and High-Profile Regeneration Projects
