Lead a Team in a Fast-Paced Fish and Chip Shop Environment

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join our team as a Shift Leader in our Cooks Fish and Chip Shop. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching your team to ensure all areas of responsibility are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met
  • Escalate issues to the Brand Manager when required
  • Induct and support new starters through a 90-day induction and completion of departmental training
  • Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greet our customers
  • Work with the team to keep our kitchens and dining areas clean and safe, promoting Health and Safety first
  • Carry out the same day-to-day duties as our Team Members, stepping up as a Shift Leader and deputising in the absence of the Brand Manager

Pay Rates:

16 to 17 from £, 18 to 20 from £, 21+ from £ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift

Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience working in a fast food, restaurant, or retail environment in a supervisory position
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • An inspiring leader on shift

Working Hours:
