Care Coordinator Manager for Vulnerable Adults and Children

Main Responsibilities:
- Safeguarding and Risk Management: To ensure the safe working practices in accordance with regulatory standards and Fair Ways Policies and Procedures, and to monitor good practice within the Family Centre.
- Leadership and Management: To support the Registered Manager in delivering and maintaining a high-quality service through effective deputising at multi-agency meetings, managing the day-to-day running of the centre, and overseeing family assessments.
- Assessment Oversight: To have oversight of the completion of parenting assessments, ensuring they are of high quality, fair, robust, and evidence-based, and to monitor families' impact and risk assessment while in placement.
- Line Management and Supervision: To line manage direct reports, offering reflective supervisions, guidance, and undertaking monitoring of required training and development in line with professional development and progression plans.
- Professional Development: To manage personal and continuous professional development through self-assessment, supervision, and training.
Requirements:
- A sound understanding of legislation relating to Child Protection, looked-after children in the public sector, the Public Law Outline, and Care Proceedings.
- A good knowledge of legislation relating to Safeguarding Adults.
- A full driving license and access to a car.
