Job Title: Door-to-Door Field Sales Executive

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Field Sales Executive to join our team at HR Search and Selection.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, ideally in the telecoms or utilities sector, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

The role involves visiting residential customers door-to-door, introducing them to a new broadband product, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,475.00 basic, with uncapped commission potential, taking earnings up to £60,000.00+ per annum. The successful candidate will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, private healthcare, life assurance, and an annual personal health allowance.

About the Role:

  • Field-based door-to-door sales, visiting customers' homes.
  • Answering questions and explaining product features (full training provided).
  • Achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communicating relevant local feedback to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the telecoms or utilities sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, Microsoft Office, and similar platforms.
