Arm is looking for a Lead Verification Engineer to join our Systems ISP team. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in verification architecture to drive innovation and excellence in our products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of verification architectures, designing and implementing new verification testbenches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IP solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Verification Architecture Development: Drive the development of verification architectures and lead the implementation of new verification testbenches.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with software, hardware, and system engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality IP solutions.
  • Optimize Verification Flows: Identify areas for improvement in verification flows and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and Train Team Members: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Verification Architecture Expertise: Strong understanding of verification architecture principles and methodologies.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Scripting and Programming Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages and programming paradigms.
  • Software Engineering Skills: Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 per annum, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
