Graduate Boarding Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Graduate Boarding Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children and young people in a vibrant and cosmopolitan city.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and assist the Housemistress in the smooth running of the boarding house
  • Provide a high level of pastoral care and foster a secure and caring atmosphere within the house
  • Supervise mealtimes and laundry duties, and assist with bedtime routines
  • Maintain discipline and look after boarders' safety and wellbeing
  • Participate in a range of activities in the Prep School and Senior School, depending on personal interests and the timetable
Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in supporting girls and enabling their progress
  • Ability to work in a busy boarding environment and bring enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • Flexibility to work term-time plus three weeks during holiday periods
