We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team, working a variety of hours to suit your needs. Whether you require 16 hours per week or 40 hours per week, we have a flexible solution for you.

As a GrandFlex Nursery Practitioner, you will be rewarded with a higher rate of pay, up to £14.60 per hour. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive practice role model, ensuring Grandir UK values are maintained
  • Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and operational practices within the required timescale
  • Ensure practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues
  • Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required
