About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Dental Nurse to lead our dental nursing team in a modern, well-equipped surgery practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the dental nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
About the Practice

Our practice is equipped with the latest technology, including Intra Oral Cameras and screens, and utilises advanced Dentally software.

We are a supportive and dynamic team that encourages continuous professional development and growth.

Our practice is located in a vibrant town, close to Westcliff-on-Sea, with excellent transport links and onsite parking.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum and a range of benefits, including onsite parking and a supportive work environment.
