Location: Surrey and West Sussex.
Salary Range: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience + Benefits
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

The Role: Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects by providing expert estimating and surveying services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing accurate project budgets and schedules
  • Managing variations and changes
  • Creating project reports and updates
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Maintaining records of project progress and costs
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven expertise in construction estimating and surveying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with construction contracts and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • A valid UK Driving License
