About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at H&M Group. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers to ensure they find the perfect products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and styles.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and store operations.
