Financial Operations Coordinator

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support the expansion of our manufacturing client.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial operations, including payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Strong Excel skills are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process daily payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
- Administer monthly payroll, preparing and processing reports as required.
- Verify hours on timesheets and enter data into a spreadsheet for processing.
- Process statutory payments, such as sick pay and parental leave, accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure correct statutory deductions, including tax and national insurance, are processed through payroll.
- Provide regular internal reports to the Payroll Team Leader and Head of Payroll.
Requirements:
- 1 year's experience in financial operations.
- Excellent Excel skills, with a good understanding of formulas and functions.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.
