Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Electronic Security Sales Professional to drive sales in both new and existing business, providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the electronic security sector, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and integrated security solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and cost proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their security requirements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services provided.
  • Utilize your technical background to consult clients on the best electronic security solutions for their needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose customized security solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in the electronic security industry, with a strong technical or engineering background.
  • Familiarity with design knowledge and regulations for electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
