About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking service, repair, maintenance, and commissioning on industrial and ammonia refrigeration units, including multi-compressor packages, food factory process cooling, blast cooling systems, and F-Gas equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake work for customers within various industries and applications, including food and beverages, production, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Service, repair, and maintain industrial and ammonia refrigeration units, including multi-compressor packages and F-Gas equipment.
  • Commission new refrigeration systems and ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their refrigeration needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of refrigeration services to our customers.
Requirements
  • Ammonia refrigeration experience is highly desirable, but we will also consider candidates with extensive experience in chiller and compressor systems or heavy commercial refrigeration.
  • Hands-on servicing experience within industrial or ammonia refrigeration is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision are required.
  • A full clean UK driving license is necessary for this role.
