Senior Private Equity Transactions Specialist

Our London office is seeking an experienced professional to join our Private Equity practice as a Senior Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge deals, shape the world we live in, and achieve your potential as a global lawyer.

Job SummaryThis Senior Associate position will focus on providing strategic advice to private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience within private equity transactions, gained wholly or in part at a large commercial law firm, and a strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on transaction structuring, due diligence, and document drafting
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of private equity transactions
- Pursue business development opportunities and implement firm-wide strategies
- Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across various practice areas
- Strong understanding of private equity transactions and market trends
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and leadership skills
We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, pension plan with matched employer contribution, holiday purchase, life insurance, private GP services, travel insurance, dental coverage, cycle to work scheme, and more. Our flexible working arrangements allow for a balance between work and personal life.
LocationThis role is based in our London office, which is easily accessible by public transportation. Our office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a requirement for 3 days in the office per week. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that reflects the communities we serve.
