At GenesisCare UK, we are seeking an experienced Senior MRI Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team at our state-of-the-art cancer care centre in Windsor. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the 1.5T MRI service and contribute to the growth and progress of MRI/cross sectional imaging.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational objectives and clinical standards are achieved.
  • You will create a collaborative environment for diagnostic and radiotherapy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centric care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and meet GenesisCare audit and quality assurance requirements.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of care and services provided across GenesisCare.
  • Pro-actively maintain own continuing professional development (CPD).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years post qualification experience with progressive development.
  • Experience in all aspects of MRI scanning to a high level of competence.
  • Evidence of empathetic and holistic approach to patient care.
  • Good understanding of complaints process and governance.
  • Experience of proactively evolving MRI techniques.
  • A wide range of clinical skills.
  • Evidence of collaborative working and effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Able to make judgments/decisions with the support of the lead Radiographer.
