Job Role: Assistant Store Manager, Retail

Hours per week: 40 hours per week

Shift pattern (if applicable): Varied pattern 5 days out of the 7 therefore must be fully flexible Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Area Management to ensure the venue is meeting its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Supporting the manager in the day-to-day running of a venue and acting as venue manager in their absence.
  • Promoting our excellent offers, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement.
  • Recommending games and alternative machines to our customers to enhance their gaming experience.
