We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and ambitious organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of adults with learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical services.
- Supervise and support Assistant Psychologists and other team members.
- Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality assurance activities.
- Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
- Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
- Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists.
- Previous experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners.
- Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively.
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
- Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children.
- Experience of lecturing/teaching/training.
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
- A competitive salary up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus a £3000 welcome bonus.
