About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and ambitious organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of adults with learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical services.
  • Supervise and support Assistant Psychologists and other team members.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
  • Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists.
  • Previous experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners.
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children.
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
