Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Bee Recruitment London Ltd. As a Deputy General Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our expanding casual dining brand.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of restaurant managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set business objectives and implement plans to achieve them.
  • Recruit, train, and coach staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a casual dining brand.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
