Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute national strategic customer plans to optimize business opportunities for short and long-term growth.
- Liaise with the sales team, marketing department, and customer contacts to ensure all promotional activity is delivered and followed through.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, including merchants, retailers, and distributors.
- Execute sales strategies to expand market share and build business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Deliver comprehensive and effective training to customers when appropriate.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure demands, targets, and customer expectations are met.
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to create a competitive advantage.
- Robust planning, reporting, and time management skills.
- Demonstrable business skills in decision making, analysis, judgment, and selling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of £30,000.
- A monthly bonus of £5,000.
- A company vehicle (hybrid or electric).
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
