About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Runner to join our Meals Team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply the production line with the correct products to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Assist with changeovers to reduce line downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Work and adhere to any work instructions in place to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Operate depositor equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by following safe working practices and reporting any accidents, hazards, or dangerous occurrences to your line manager.
  • Ensure the quality of finished products by identifying and reporting any potential issues with the procedure or material.
  • Follow correct personal hygiene procedures and maintain a clean and tidy work environment to prevent cross-contamination.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a production environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Good standards in English and Math's.
  • Ability to work to set standards and KPIs.
  • Undertake Level 2 Food Safety training and obtain a pass level.
  • Desirable: Experience of food safety and a Level 2 food safety certificate.
