Job Title: Head Veterinary Nurse
Location: Cheltenham
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday nights from 19:00 to 08:30
- Saturday days from 12:00 to 19:30
- Saturday night from 19:00 to 09:00
- Sunday days from 08:30 to 19:30
- Sunday night from 19:00 to 08:30
- Plus, a fair share of bank holidays
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operational and financial management of the clinic
- Ensure high standards of patient care and develop and coach the team
- Manage rota and gaps, quality control of clinical equipment, and team welfare
- Proven experience of managing others, preferably in a veterinary setting
- Demonstratable experience of managing performance
- Passionate about caring for clients and their pets
