Lead a Team of Early Years Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Haddenham Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of early years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement effective learning plans to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Ensure the learning environment is safe, stimulating, and engaging for children
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding procedures
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
