We are seeking a skilled Clinical Negligence Associate to join our client's Birmingham office. This challenging role has been created due to ongoing growth and will mainly involve representing NHSR and private healthcare providers. The successful candidate will benefit from a flexible working arrangement, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working from home, except when attending court.

The position comes with a generous remuneration package, including a salary of approximately £125,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits such as 25 days annual leave, health insurance, car scheme, and life assurance.
