Samyojak Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Network Hardware Technician to join our team in North Goa. As a Network Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Fiber Optic Network infrastructure, configuring and troubleshooting basic networking hardware and equipment.

• Fiber Optic Network Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our Fiber Optic Network infrastructure, including FTTH configuration and troubleshooting.
• Networking Hardware and Equipment: Configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware and equipment, including routers, access points, and switches.
• Network Optimization: Work with our senior team to develop, maintain, and upgrade our network infrastructure, including optimizing redundancies and ensuring maximum uptime.
• Inventory Management: Manage an inventory of all networking hardware, including switches, OLTs, MikroTik devices, and SFPs.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate with our technical and operations teams to develop and implement technical strategies, refine our business operations, and provide input on product portfolio development.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer callouts, troubleshoot and fix technical issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Technical Development: Contribute to the technical setup and delivery of new bandwidth and supporting IT infrastructure, and develop business processes to streamline operations.
• KPIs and Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Project Delivery: Deliver developmental projects as per business requirements.

• Education: High school degree and an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 23 years of experience in network hardware and fiber optic network management.
• Skills: Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting computers, computer hardware, and LAN networking hardware, including routers, access points, and switches.
• Security and Data Privacy: Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Working hours: 8.45 am to closing (or equivalent based on achieving objectives), Monday to Saturday. Rotational Sunday shift with an alternative paid day off.
