About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Executive to join our team at Reed in Partnership. As a Client Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with jobseekers, providing them with information and support to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Coordinate with Employment Advisers to schedule one-to-one meetings with jobseekers, ensuring a smooth and effective referral process.
  • Collaborate with Job Centre work coaches to facilitate the referral process and ensure seamless communication.
  • Respond to expressions of interest from jobseekers, providing them with accurate and timely information.
  • Check in with participants who have commenced work through our scheme, offering advice and support to ensure their continued success.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for all participants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma, combined with GCSE English Language Grade B or above (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
  • Strong administration skills, good computer/technology skills, basic numeracy skills, and good written communication/record keeping skills.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment, with a proven track record of achieving goals and objectives.
  • Desirable skills and experience include telephone-based customer service or Call Centre experience, working in a fast-paced environment, and previous experience in Welfare to Work or publicly funded services.
