About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Burford Primary and Nursery School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our children's learning and development.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to deliver high-quality learning support and cover classes. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting academic and personal growth, and fostering a love of learning in our pupils.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about children's education, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our children, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4 or above)
  • TA NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting
  • Passion for children's learning and education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
