Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Help clients with their medication and provide support with mobility and transfers.
- Work collaboratively with our close-knit care team to deliver high-quality care.
