Postal Delivery Specialist

Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a local community, working 27.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, with varying shift times between 08:00 and 14:30.
This role involves working Saturdays and one in three Sundays on a rota basis.
Duties include delivering for your local community, making billions of deliveries possible, from exam results to online purchases.
To succeed in this position, you must be upbeat, independent, and self-motivated. Additionally, being organised, punctual, and ready to deliver great customer service is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of community and take pride in what they do.
A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is also required.
Benefits include market leading pay, 10% above the market average, paid monthly, as well as overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate.
You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), along with full uniform provided, and opportunities to develop a career, including trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes.
