A Typical Day in the Life of a Security Skills Coach:
- Deliver mainly one-to-one (occasionally group) training and assessment for apprentices in the security sector, including online delivery and on-site training.
- Visit apprentices at their workplace every 4 weeks to assess progress and provide on-site coaching.
- Deliver English and Maths functional skills to apprentices needing upskilling.
- Provide feedback and support to ensure apprentices meet their academic and practical goals.
- Plan your schedule around your apprentices' needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' operational security supervision/management experience.
- Minimum Level 3 Trainer Qualification (or equivalent).
- Functional skills level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Ability to travel across the UK to meet apprentices on-site.
