Wildlife Conservation Ambassador

As a Regional Membership Development Officer with the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust, you will be responsible for recruiting new members and promoting our conservation efforts in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license, access to a car or van, and experience in sales or face-to-face fundraising. You should also be comfortable working outdoors and have excellent communication skills.

Our comprehensive training program includes charity-specific training, objection handling, and an introduction to our company culture and ethics. Immediate starts are available with fortnightly induction training sessions at our office near Bicester, Oxfordshire.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per year (based on four days a week) with uncapped commission potential and a guaranteed minimum hourly rate of £14 during the first 60 days of employment.
