Due to our recent achievements in sales, we have gained commitments from various Telecom/Mobile Resellers, VARs, and Wholesalers to transition their billing operations to our advanced platform. Consequently, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Enterprise team, collaborating with clients to understand their current billing processes and address any inquiries they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering first-line customer support through various channels including email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborating closely with our second and third line billing teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of related incidents and service requests.
  • Partnering with service providers to troubleshoot queries and customer issues.
  • Assisting in the monthly billing cycles while focusing on enhancing client satisfaction through quick responses and resolutions.
  • Taking ownership of inquiries from both existing and prospective clients.
  • Responsible for the training and guidance of both current and new clients.
