Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to patients with spinal cord injuries, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and transfers.
- Participate in patient education and rehabilitation programs, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Contribute to the development of patient care by attending team meetings and providing feedback.
- Care Certificate and working towards NVQ Level 3 in healthcare or equivalent.
- Experience in rehabilitation or caring for spinal cord injured/physically disabled patients.
- Knowledge of the physical and psychological impact of spinal cord injury.
- Full manual UK driving license.
