Children's Residential Child Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Child Care Worker to join our team at Exceptional Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people with complex needs.
About the Role
As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring each young person receives the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support to young people in a residential setting
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and external agencies
- Contribute to the creation of a loving and stable environment, promoting positive outcomes and learning experiences
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
Requirements
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent
- 1 year's experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting
- Full UK manual driving license (preferred)
